RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

DISPUTE

Any Dispute must be submit max 60 days after order, and must include
– Screenshot order
– Number order
– Screenshot proof
– any other screenshot

Failure in submit below 60days or not submit proof order, will be not recognized.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at mmopilotservice@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
If your account get permanent banned because of us (MMOPILOT), we will return 100% payment
If your account get banned more than 1 months because of us (MMOPILOT), we will return some progress or waiting until ban lifted
If your account get permanent banned NOT because of us (MMOPILOT), we will return some progress only + charge up to 20% from total payment
If your payment not from official mmopilot invoice, we will not refund any
