Weapon Mastery Respec In New World – All You Need To Know

One of the annoying features of MMORPG is the vast character option and limited ability to change. Basically you are playing one character at a time, which means you cannot share items to different playable characters. 

Thank god, New World offers a unique feature that helps the game be more forgiving. It is respec or sharing your weapon mastery. It is a special thing you can do in the New World. But what is it? 

About weapon mastery respec

Respec refers to a game-community ability or feature that allows the player to test out multiple different stats and weapon combinations on their playable character. This is a feature that also allows the layer to rebuild the character if you are not happy in the game. 

There are two things that you can respec or share within the New World game, the Weapon Mastery and Character’s stats. Both have straightforward ideas since there are many things you can do in the game. 

The respec itself helps you change any number of times of stats or mastery until reaching certain level caps. It means there is still a limitation from the game. 

How to respec? 

If you want to respec the Weapon Mastery, you also need to do the same with the stats. All you need to do is to Press K in the character menu and select attributes. Click the respect and your character will be reset. It is free if you are below level 20. 

The same process is for weapon mastery respec. Go to the character menu, select the weapon mastery, and respec the weapon you want. If the mastery is below 10, it wont cost money.

Despite the new feature and attractive offer it gives, underline the fact that there is a pretty clean limitation for the function. It is also still something you need to fight for, a.k.a play and grind in-game. So, prepare yourself to have enough weapons mastery before respec it.
