All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - If your account get permanent banned because of us (MMOPILOT), we will return 100% payment
- If your account get banned more than 1 months because of us (MMOPILOT), we will return some progress or waiting until ban lifted
- If your account get permanent banned NOT because of us (MMOPILOT), we will return some progress only + charge up to 20% from total payment
- If your payment not from official mmopilot invoice, we will not refund any
