Smelting is a

Read Mode

Smelting is a Refining Trade Skill in New World. Smelting is the Refining process of turning ore into ingots which can then be used to create Weapons, Armor and Ammunition. Ingots can also be used in some Engineering applications. Refining skills turn raw resources obtained through Gathering skills into usable Crafting materials and other useful items. Smelting involves the melting down of raw ore into metal ingots and more.
Smelting Information
Smelting is the Refining process of turning ore into ingots which can then be used to create Weapons, Armor and Ammunition. Trinkets are also crafted from certain ingots obtained from Smelting. A higher level in Smelting will allow players to turn higher-tier ores into ingots.

Smelting is performed at a Smelter which can often be found in Settlements. Smelters have a Tier level which can be increased by taking on Town Projects.
Smelting Related skills
Smelting is a skill that relies heavily on the Mining skill in order to efficiently obtain ores and other resources. Additionally, Smelting is essential as a companion to most of the Crafting skills due to the prevalence of ingots and other metals in many recipes. The following skills require materials created through Smelting:

Weaponsmithing
Armoring
Engineering
Jewelcrafting
Arcana
Furnishing
Smelting Guide
New World Smelting crafting process begins by interacting with a Smelter, a crafting station found in Settlements. Within the crafting UI, you can see all your learned recipes on the left panel for all Crafting skills associated with the crafting station. Selecting a recipe displays the item and its required materials in the middle panel while displaying a preview of the potential result on the right.
Recipe Panel
Displayed in the left panel are all available crafting recipes. Items displayed in White indicate that you meet all the requirements to craft the item. Items displayed in Red indicate that you do not meet one or more of the crafting requirements (Resources, Skill Level, etc.). The small icon to the right of each item displays the crafting skill used and the numerical value represents the minimum level required in the skill in order to craft the item.
Materials Panel
The materials panel in the middle displays the required materials in order to craft the item. Material requirements can range from one material type to up to 7 material types per crafted recipe and you will need certain amounts of the required materials as well. Note that certain recipes will call for materials within a certain Category such as Flux. In such cases, any materials belonging to this category can be used.

When crafting items, it is important to note that the crafting station will draw from your pool of resources in both your Inventory as well as any Storage Sheds you possess within the Settlement so it is not necessary to clog up your inventory with crafting materials if you have a storage shed in the current settlement. Note that Storage Sheds are not shared between Settlements. Items you have in storage in Windsward cannot be used for crafting in First Light, for example. However, you can transfer items between storage sheds from the storage menu.

New World Fishing 1

Read Mode

New World Fishing 1 - 100 is a Gathering Trade Skill in New World. It allows for catching fish used in a variety of Crafting and Refining recipes. Fishers can also use Bait in order to catch rarer fish. Trade Skills are a variety of non-combat skills that the player can invest in and master. Trade Skills belonging to the Crafting category focus on creating a large variety of items ranging from Weapons and Consumables to ammunition and furniture.
Fishing Information
New World Fishing 1 - 100 is a Gathering skill used to catch and obtain Fish for use in Cooking as well as a number of other applications. It can be performed at any body of water in Aeternum. This includes Fresh Water lakes, ponds and rivers as well as Salt Water spots comprised of the sea that surrounds the island. Higher-level fishers can also acquire the ability to discover and detect Fishing Hotspots, which are special areas on the map that provide a boost to bite speed and rarity of fish caught.

As with any Trade Skill, Fishing is leveled up by continual use of the skill. Unlock other Trade Skills, however, it is a lot more involved and the process plays out much like a mini-game with several stages:
Fishing Leveling up
Leveling up allows for the discovery and tracking of fishing hotspots which gives boosts to bite speed as well as the rarity of fish caught.
As with all Trade Skills, leveling up Gathering skills is done by continuously using the skill.
Leveling up in a Gathering skill unlocks the ability to gather a wider variety of resources including higher-level ones.
Additionally, unlocks the ability to detect nearby resources, as well as special resources used to modify items created by Crafting skills.

Fishing Tools

It requires the use of a Pole which can be crafted via Engineering. There are several tiers are available, each with an Engineering level requirement and a Workshop tier requirement corresponding to Pole's tier in order to craft. Utilizing higher-tier Fishing Poles will make it easier to reel in fish. Fishing Poles must be in the player's inventory in order to perform the their skill.

New World Boosting Level 1-60
New World power leveling 1-60 is currently one of the toughest challenges in the MMO world. Because experience is gained at a slower rate than in other games, the entire journey takes much longer. Farming levels or grinding mobs for experience can become tedious at times, which is when you might consider using the New World XP boosting service.
NEW WORLD LEVELING ATTRIBUTES
New World Boosting Level 1-60. Whenever you level up, you can put a point into one of five attributes. This means there are a total of 71 points you can spend via level up. Equippable items also give points while you’re wearing or wielding them. In addition, there are item socket slots where you can place jewels to further increase your attribute stats.
Make sure that you put points into attributes that directly benefit your method of attack. For example, melee weapons increase their attacking power if you buff the strength attribute, magic by focus, and ranged weapons by dexterity.
Here are all of the New World attributes and what they increase:
Constitution: increases base health
Dexterity: increases base ranged weapon damage
Focus: increases base mana and reduce cooldown durations
Intelligence: increase base magic attack
Strength: increase base melee weapon damage

New World Boosting Level 21-30

There are three different leveling systems in New World: one to increase your base character stats, one for your weapon skills, and one for trade skills. Each one has optimal methods for ranking them up quickly, but knowing how to do this without help can be tricky.

Once you’ve managed to find a relatively stable New World server, we’re here to help. This guide will go through all ways you can get XP to level up your character, trade skills, and weapon skills. Doing so will enable you to explore the first of the MMO’s raids (known in-game as ‘expeditions’) sooner. If you want to level up quickly so you can take on the New World Amrine Excavation, then read on.
