How to Get the Otter Enrichment Blessing?

Preparation

Before starting Unlocking the Otter Enrichment Blessing, you need to farm 350.000 Karma. You will need Karma for the very first collection. The best ways to farm karma are at the Domain of Istan or Dragonfall. Don’t forget to purchase the Karmic Retribution effect to the highest stacks, which costs 10.000 Volatile Magic + 15g. After you get the Karmic Retribution effect to the highest stacks, you will get Karmic Retribution (masterwork) dropped every time you kill an enemy on that map. Consume that in your inventory, and you will receive 200 karma.

Step 1: Olaf Olafson’s Secret Achievement

• Clue 1: From the lighthouse, head north.

• A map fragment can be purchased from any United Legions Quaestor for 5 gold and 350,000 Karma.

• Clue 2: Upon reaching the arch, head west.

• After completing the Defeat the Claw of Jormag event, a chest containing the item is opened.

• Clue 3: Go beyond the crag.

• Obtained by beating one of the ten enemy cache keepers or taking Wolf’s Crossing, which gives access to hostile supply caches.

• Clue 4: Stop at the falls.

• Opening Norn and Charr chests comes with a chance to find this fragment.

• Clue 5: Look in the center of the six guardians.

• After defeating one of the five Dominion tribunes, this item is found in the chest.

Step 2: Treasure Sleuth Achievement

• Treasure Key Found

• The key lies buried amid rubble underwater in the midst of the six pillars southeast of Forward Camp Waypoint.

• Clue 1: It’s supposedly somewhere with harsh weather.

• While exploring the eastern shore of Lighthouse Point, you’ll come upon this treasure seeker.

• Clue 2: Keep an eye out for the door.

• The Archstone Coast Charr Copter Airdrop is to the east of this treasure seeker, who may be located between a mountainside and a huge tree.

• Clue 3: In talons of snow.

• This treasure hunter may be located atop the mountain’s northern summit, west of Sentinel Bay Charr Copter Airdrop.

• Clue 4: Olafson had an interest in norn and dwarven relics.

• This treasure hunter can be found inside the Cavern of Guiding Spirits close to the end of the Ox’s Yoke adventure.

• Clue 5: Near a tower

• This treasure hunter can be found on the outside, atop the southern mountain ledge next to where the path into Drizzlewood Peak leads into the Cavern of Guiding Spirits.

• Clue 6: Somewhere at Claw’s Roost

• This treasure hunter can be found atop the eastern mountain ledge at the borderline between The Bloodfield and Frostvein Watch, north of the Flight of the Eagle Spirit adventure.

Step 3: Significant Otter

You need to use 320 Memories of Otter to complete this achievement. There are two ways to acquire Memories of Otter:

1. Farm it by defeating Dominion Tribune in the Northern Drizzlewood Coast meta. Then open Tribune’s Chest. You will get 1-3 Memories of Otter. If you open the Magnificent Chest after defeating the Claw of Jormag in Claw’s Roost at the end of the meta, you will get 4–9 Memories of Otter.
2. You will get 10 by salvaging one Charget Stormcaller weapon or one Volcanic Stormcaller weapon. For this option, you can buy the weapon from the trading post and choose the cheapest one. 320 Memories of Otter means you need to salvage 32 weapons. Salvaging a Volcanic Stormcaller weapon (this weapon is cheaper than the other one) will cost you around 544 gold to 832 gold.

Reward

After finishing Significant Otter Achievement, you will receive an Ancient Norn Cape Pin as a final reward. This ascended amulet is contained within the Otter’s Blessing Enrichment. You can extract the enrichment using an Infusion Extraction Device, or simply salvage the amulet using an Ascended Salvage Kit, but it will destroy the amulet. After you extract the Otter’s Blessing Enrichment, you can use it on any of your ascended or legendary amulet you have. And then enjoy the otter when it swims around you.
