4. Aquatic

Spear — Hybrid approach weapon with varied ranged attacks, can be used as physical and condition-damage. Works with available Aquatic Stances, Legendary Demon Stance, Legendary Assassin Stance and Legendary Dwarf Stance.
Trident — Ranged weapon that inflicts various conditions based on the wielder’s legendary stance. Works with available Aquatic Stances, Legendary Demon Stance, Legendary Assassin Stance and Legendary Dwarf Stance.
It is also worth noting that there are also nine possible terrestrial weapon sets for GW 2 Revenant. However, you will need Elite specialization. Legendary Skills

So, the GW 2 Revenant has some legendary skills that are available for two legendary stances equipped. But, one of them can only be active in a given time. What makes revenant interesting is the ability to swap two channeling legends.

That ability replaces the last five skill slots that are available in the skill bar. Mostly it is the healing, the utility, and the elite skill. The revenant doesn’t really need them, since the profession tends to synergize with the skill set.

1. Legendary Assassin Stance — Invoke the power of the legendary assassin Shiro Tagachi.
2. Legendary Centaur Stance — Invoke the power of the legendary centaur Ventari.
3. Legendary Demon Stance — Invoke the power of the legendary demon Mallyx the Unyielding.
4. Legendary Dwarf Stance — Invoke the power of the legendary dwarf King Jalis Ironhammer.
5. Legendary Dragon Stance — Invoke the power of the legendary dragon Glint. (Herald specialization only)
6. Legendary Renegade Stance — Invoke the power of the legendary charr renegade, Kalla Scorchrazor. (Renegade specialization only)

The Skills And Downed Skill

Since GW 2 revenant has unique mechanics, thus the skill will depend on the legend. In this case, you have seen the information on the previous picture. So, the legend and the skill will be unique as well. But one thing for sure, Revenant doesn’t have access to racial and common skills.

The Specializations or traits

In the case of Revenant, you got to choose one of five cores and one of two elite specialization. For the core itself, your focus and skill will be determined according to your trait. Here is the detail
1. Corruption — associated with Legendary Demon Stance. Focuses on applying condition damage (torment) and resisting condition damage. Benefits mace.


2. Retribution — associated with Legendary Dwarf Stance. Focuses on reducing and returning incoming damage (retaliation), and endurance recovery (vigor). Benefits dodging.


3. Invocation — focuses on critical strike chance (fury) and invoking legends.


4. Salvation — associated with Legendary Centaur Stance. Focuses on healing and support. Benefits staff.

5. Devastation — associated with Legendary Assassin Stance. Focuses on improving damage to enemies and stealing health (Battle Scars). Benefits dual-wielding.

1. Herald — focuses on boon sharing based on the facets of Glint. Gains access to shields and the Legendary Dragon Stance.

Other Changes And Mechanic For Revenant

1. Energy Bar

There is an energy bar (blue if you are in the Jalis stance) with a % indicator and regen pips to indicate how fast you are regenerating energy.

Weapon skills cost low energy compared to the Legend skills.
Energy bar goes to 50% when you swap legends or get out of combat and the color of the energy bar switches as well with an animation on the skill bar.

2. Stability changes

It will no longer stack in duration and prevent all CC. It will now have stacks with each CC taking off 1 stack.
