GW 2 People Watching Achievement . During the main meta achievement of GW 2 Flashpoint, you will need to do abundance sub achievements to complete it. In the last stage when you need to explore the area, you will need to do the GW 2 people watching achievement. Along with the firestone collector, this part is not as easy as you think. So, here is what you should know beforehand.

About The Achievement
Worth to underline that this achievement requires you to move around the Draconis mons. Stated by the story, you have to find the whispers agent and also plant 7 scanners.
As you can see on the picture, you can find 7 red icons scattered throughout the whole area. Those are the indications where you should put the scanners or you can say plant it.
It won’t be too difficult since you can simply be flying by the area, place the item, and get the award upon finishing it.
This achievement will grant you 7 achievement point and 1 mastery point. It is particularly easy to do and finish, but you will need the oakheart essence mastery for some location. It is also worth that some of the location can be very buggy, so the GW 2 People Watching Achievement completion can be hard to obtain.
1. Find the missing golem and learn the password.
Get close to the golem in the Inquest tent in Rata Arcanum (take the 2x Thermal Tube from Heathen’s Hold waypoint) and press F to talk to the golem. May have to do it a couple times for the achievement to register.
2. Find the Whispers agent, give him the password, and obtain the scanners.
Take the 2x Thermal Tube again and this time go to the cavern that the second tube drops you at. The location is hidden in a bush on a short ledge. Use mushrooms to reach the area.
3. This scanner should overlook the mercenary base
Go up to Iota Vault from Heathen’s Hold waypoint and glide down to the marked place to place the scanner. Note a pops up message that will tell you the location for the drop. It is on a stalactite visible just below the entry to Iota Vault
4. This scanner should be atop a high tree
To plant the scanner on top of this tall tree, you have to glide down from near Titan’s Throat. Basically go from Heathen’s Hold waypoint and up to the left side of the volcano before gliding down to gain some distance.
So, basically this location is difficult to reach from below due to curvature of the tree. Can be reached from above by taking a thermal tube from Heathen’s Hold Waypoint to the volcano’s core and walking around it clockwise.
5. This scanner should overlook the Inquest camp.
Take the thermal tube from Gate of Fire. To get to this scanner location, do the two thermal tube from Heathen’s Hold waypoint and then glide off the second thermal tube to land here on top of this rock. Then casually glide down to plant the scanner.
6. This scanner should watch Tennon and Tinderbough
This scanner is right next to the vista so grab an oakheart essence and sling yourself on top the pillar to plant the scanner.
7. This scanner should overlook the mercenary submarine
Use Oakheart Essence on the ceiling near the Mariner’s Landing waypoint. It is literally
oOn the underside of the cliff above the sub. Can be reached with Oakheart Essence.
8. This scanner should watch the spiders from a stalactite
West of Ancient Hollow Waypoint. Use Oakheart essence on the ceiling near the Ancient Hollow waypoint.
9. This scanner should overlook the mercenary leader
The area is inside a mass of fallen rocks over above a cavern near Mercenary Encampment. It is accessible from the north. You don’t need to drop all the way down. Just look for one of the (sort of) crevices to find the exact location. It can be hard to notice, so do it carefully.

When you find some of the location is hard to find or considering not wasting the oakheart mastery, then you can try using a flying mount. Try using griffon to access the location and easy glide.
Another problem that many people encounter is the inability to place the scanner. It can be stressful in certain times, but you can try to get as close as possible with the location. When you get close to its range, a message will pop up saying you can place the scanner.
Another trivial thing to notice is the lack of information whether you successfully planted the scanner or not. This problem mainly arises for other locations except the first one. The reason is because you will only get the notification after completing the tier of the achievement. It can be frustrating as well, but the solution is to put on your watch list and take note on the percentage.
